Thank you, Amy for being there for me these past four months. I've learned a lot about myself. I feel better, I'm eating more protein and veggies, drinking lots of water and have increased my exercise. I've changed my way of thinking. Even on my bad days when I felt like giving up, you got me back on track, and I am thankful for that. I'm also thankful for our friendship we formed. PBC is a very supportive, encouraging, and enthusiastic place to go for physical and emotional health. Their welcoming approach allows you to feel extremely comfortable in your fitness journey without any pressure or intimidation. I am so happy I decided to try out the 21 - Day Body Reset & Cleanse offered at Penobscot Bay Coaching. I wasn't sure what to expect but was excited to learn it is an all natural and healthy foods approach. There are no gimmicks and no shakes to buy. You can eat fresh, organic (if possible) fruits and veggies, including potatoes! You can have nuts, seeds, chicken and fish. You eliminate all unhealthy processed foods and drink lots of water and teas. I was never hungry and I have lost 10 lbs so far. I never thought I'd be able to lose weight so easily after menopause! Amy and Cari-Anne are excellent instructors and they make it fun while providing lots of support. I learned some new and easy exercises you can do with stuff you already have in the house, or using obstacles on walks outside. I hope this healthy way of eating becomes habit, but I know if I stray away I can always refocus and start the cleanse again anytime I want. Thank you Amy & Cari-Anne!
I have learned so much about eating healthier, exercising, and about myself. PBC has made me feel more confident and stronger. The support from both Amy and Cari-Anne is so amazing. A Mom always on the go and who's mindset is always looking ahead, Amy has coached me to slow down and be kind to myself. Through our time together, Amy has guided me on specific goals I wanted to achieve by helping me create the steps and establish the tools needed to follow through to get there. Amy has a way of making you feel relaxed, showed compassion when I was feeling vulnerable, and she really listened to my needs.
